Informational use
China Travel Helpdesk provides practical travel information and planning prompts. The site does not provide legal, immigration, medical, financial, or official government advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
Travel conditions, app behavior, hotel policies, transport schedules, prices, and entry rules can change. We do not guarantee entry into China, visa approval, transit eligibility, booking acceptance, route availability, or uninterrupted travel.
Itinerary review service
China Itinerary Review is a practical route review. It may identify pacing issues, transfer risks, booking dependencies, payment/app friction, hotel risks, and backup options. It does not include travel booking, ticketing, tour operation, agency representation, emergency support, or guaranteed outcomes.
No travel package sales
China Travel Helpdesk does not sell package holidays, flights, hotels, tours, insurance, or bundled travel arrangements. Paid review fees cover time spent reading the submitted route and preparing practical feedback. Extra-long or high-complexity routes may require a manual quote.
Payments
Paid China Itinerary Review orders may be collected by FIRMLANDING PTE. LTD. as the merchant of record through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Stripe processes card details on its own hosted checkout surfaces. China Travel Helpdesk does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Refunds and service start
Delivery timing starts only after payment is confirmed and a complete itinerary review intake is received. Duplicate payments or clear mistaken payments may be refunded if manual review work has not started. Once review work has started, fees are generally non-refundable unless we fail to deliver the agreed review without a reasonable explanation.
Credits and free reviews
First-free reviews, Helpdesk Credits, and livestream review slots are subject to manual verification. Credits reward verified contributions, not positive reviews. We may reject any credit claim that relies on incentivized Google reviews, vote solicitation, required scripts, fake engagement, undisclosed incentives, or platform-rule violations.
No medical service
China Travel Helpdesk is not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, insurer, urgent-care provider, or patient referral provider. We do not provide clinical conclusions, treatment advice, medical triage, medical record storage, doctor recommendations, or guaranteed medical outcomes.
